مقدمة 

يعد العمل المسرحي من الأعمال الأدبية الفنية المرتبطـة بـالمجتمع، ولهـذا يطلـق علـى المسرح بأنه أدب الشعب، خاصة إذا مثل على الخشبة وتفاعل معه الجمهور، ودخل معه فـي عمـل تشاركي سواء أكان بالرفض أم بالقبول، بل إن الجمهور قد يشارك بأدوار أحيانا كـأن يطلـب إعـادة مشهد ما أثار الدهشة أو الفرجة.

 فالأدب المسرحي أخذ مكانته من قربه من الجماهير إضافة إلى خصائص لغته التي تجمع بـين الإطناب والمساواة والإيجاز والحوار، وتصارع الشخصيات وتعانق الإيقاعات الصـوتية والصـورية وامتزاج الألوان فيها في شكل فسيفساء إمتاعية إفادية وبناء شخصيات تتلاءم والفكـرة التـي يريـد الكاتب معالجتها.

 فالشخصية في العمل الإبداعي والمسرحي تبدأ كائنا ورقيا ألسنيا ثم تصير وجودا واقعيا بمعنى أنها أداة فنية يبتدعها المؤلف لأداء وظيفة يتطلع الأديب إلى رسمها، فيجعل لها آثارا وبصـمات فـي عمله الإبداعي. إذ يوليها كتاب المسرح ونقاده قيمة كبرى ومكانة عظمى ، فيعتبرون الحبكة ما هي إلا نتاج لصراع الشخصيات حيث إن حركة الشخصية البطلة هي جوهر الحبكة المسرحية وخيطها الرابط بين أجزائها. فالدراما تسعى إلى تصوير الشخصية وهي في حركة دائمة. إذ يعني هـذا أن شخصـية الممثل في اقتباسه لشخصية التي يريد تمثيلها، تكون مثل حركة الرسام في تشكيله لحركـة الصـورة، حيث يقوم الممثل باقتباس الشخصية التي يود تمثيلها وتصويرها، بأن يحاكيها بكل ما
